Protect networks, endpoints and remote access with Sophos and Fortinet solutions.
Security products sized, deployed and supported for your operating environment

Official OEM Partners: Sophos & Fortinet
Cybersecurity OEM solutions connect product selection with operational control: firewall throughput, endpoint coverage, secure access, logging and support. Sparkr Digitals sizes, deploys and hardens Sophos and Fortinet products against your environment and security priorities.
We scope licences, stage deployment and document policy decisions, so your team knows what is protected, what needs an exception and who owns ongoing support.
Product choice starts with traffic, users, sites, applications and inspection needs. We agree migration windows, rollback checks, logging destinations and support boundaries before changing production. Licensing, renewals and managed support remain explicit parts of the plan, not assumptions after installation.
The problem
A licence is not a security operating model.
Why security purchases leave gaps
An appliance can be live while policies stay permissive, endpoints remain unmanaged and logs go unread. We connect the purchase to deployment, accountable policy owners and a support arrangement your operations team can use.
The traps
Trap 0101 / 05

Capacity without context
Sizing on headline throughput
Quoted throughput can exclude the inspection your policies require. We assess traffic, VPN demand, concurrent sessions and resilience needs before recommending appliance capacity and licence scope.
Trap 0202 / 05

Defaults in production
Firewall rules left too open
A successful migration is not a hardened policy. We review application control, segmentation, administrative access and exceptions, with approved changes and rollback steps for each deployment window.
Trap 0303 / 05

Coverage not checked
Endpoints outside the console
An endpoint licence does not establish coverage. We reconcile the device inventory with enrolled agents, policy assignments and update status, then identify exclusions and ownership for missing devices.
Trap 0404 / 05

Renewals without owners
Licences lapse without warning
Support and subscription expiry can change available protection. We document entitlements, renewal dates and accountable owners, with product-specific dependencies made clear before procurement decisions.
Trap 0505 / 05

Alerts without response
Logs collected, nobody acts
Security telemetry needs triage and escalation. We agree monitoring responsibilities, managed support boundaries and incident hand-offs, including the scope of any separately licensed vendor response service.
The process
How we deliver OEM security
We agree scope, access and accountable owners before delivery. Each stage has review points and documented decisions, so security, compliance and operations can see what has been tested, what remains open and who owns the next action.

Step 01
Scope
Assess users, sites, traffic and applications; agree capacity, product options and support boundaries before procurement.

Step 02
Licensing
Confirm editions, entitlements, subscription terms and renewal owners against the agreed design and budget.

Step 03
Deployment
Stage appliances and agents, migrate approved policies and validate connectivity within an agreed rollback window.

Step 04
Policy review
Harden access, inspection and logging policies; test exceptions and document approvals with the security owner.

Step 05
Support
Hand over configurations, renewal records and escalation paths; provide managed support within the agreed scope.
What you get
Defined controls, documented decisions, clear owners.
Sizing & design
Capacity assumptions, topology and product selection aligned to users, sites and inspection needs.
Licence schedule
Product editions, subscription terms, renewal dates and named commercial owners.
Deployment records
Migration checks, configuration backups and rollback steps for appliances and agents.
Hardened policies
Approved firewall, endpoint and access policies, with documented exceptions and owners.
Logging & escalation
Telemetry destinations, alert ownership and incident hand-offs under the agreed support scope.
Managed support plan
Support coverage, change control, renewal reviews and operational handover responsibilities.
Which Sophos products do you support?
We scope Sophos Firewall / XGS for network control, Sophos Endpoint for device protection, Sophos MDR for vendor-led detection and response, and Sophos ZTNA for application access. Licensing and integration needs are confirmed before quoting.
Which Fortinet products are in scope?
FortiGate covers network security; FortiClient and FortiEDR cover distinct endpoint needs. FortiSASE supports distributed access, while FortiAnalyzer supports logging and analysis. FortiClient capabilities depend on edition and EMS licensing.
Can you work with our existing stack?
Yes. We first inventory appliances, agents, licences and integrations. The design identifies what stays, what needs replacement and where vendor compatibility or support conditions constrain the deployment.
What happens after deployment?
We hand over policies, configuration backups, licence records and escalation paths. Managed support can cover agreed operational tasks; monitoring hours, response boundaries and vendor dependencies are defined in the scope.
How do you approach policy hardening?
We review segmentation, application control, administrative access and exceptions with your security team. Approved changes are tested in a defined window, with rollback steps and a record of each policy decision.
Is Sophos MDR the same as support?
No. Sophos MDR is a separately scoped vendor service providing 24/7 managed detection, investigation and response. Sparkr Digitals support covers the operational responsibilities agreed in your service scope.
How long does deployment take?
Timing depends on sites, devices, integrations and migration windows. We agree staging, testing and rollback milestones after discovery.
What determines the solution cost?
Capacity, product editions, licence terms, device counts and support coverage drive the quote. We separate product subscriptions, deployment and managed support so renewal costs remain visible.
